This is a pair of windshield washer nozzle covers that snap over the existing PT Cruiser washer nozzles on the hood.  They are held in place by a small dab  of silicone adhesive.  There are 2 styles.  The early PT Cruisers have 2 distinct holes for the washer squirters.  The later models have a rectangular opening.  Be sure to order the correct pair.  The change in style happened sometime during the 2004 model year.
